  Fairfield Industrial Development Corporation  

The Fairfield Industrial Corporation is 4-A Non-Profit Corporation created under Vernon Civil Statutes, Title 83. Labor, Chapter 10. Economic Development, Article 5190.6 Development Corporation Act of 1979.  This Act allows the Corporation to provide the following types assistance with certain industrial projects. 
 
Low cost (or Free) industrial property to manufacturers
Build to suit properties
Capital grants
Infrastructure upgrades
Loan guarantees
Loan Interest forgiveness or write downs
Subordinate loans to financial institutions
Relocation or moving expense grants
Business plan assistance
Workforce development grants (Skills Development Fund)
