David Fowler
PRESIDENT
David is a local guy having roots in Freestone County dating back four generations. His diverse background and experience include ten years with the BNSF Railway and six years as a licensed real estate agent.
David understands business owners and the challenges they face because he and his wife, Michelle are entrepreneurs also. They have been co-owners of a local title company since 2006. This business experience has proven to be most helpful when communicating with companies across the table and listening to their needs.
David is a graduate of the Basic Economic Development Course from Texas A&M Extension Service and is an active member in many local organizations which include:

She has been with Fairfield EDC since 2007 and has actively assisted with projects such as infrastructure development, opening of a career and technical center and several performance agreements in the industrial park during her tenure.
